Welcome MGMT 201 Learners
Welcome to Entrepreneurship MGMT 201. This course is designed so you can showcase your entrepreneurial strengths to an external audience. We will use this website for our content, you will show the majority of your work on your own website and brightspace will hold your grades and some course announcements. We will also use mattermost a communication channel that allows you to chat with one another and the instructor in an informal way as you build your relationship network with other entrepreneurs.
What you will learn in this course:
- Understand the principles of entrepreneurial business
- Identify, appreciate and assess the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of entrepreneurs
- Establish a level of confidence in creating a business plan as a tool to assess, create and communicate a business concept
- Have an expanded awareness of the resources available for creating a business plan
- Use information, projections, logic and critical thinking to recognize an opportunity and solve small business problems in a multicultural, ethical and legal environment
